  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain products — including perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care products — are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Shipping Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14–21 business days.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

How to Exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) for exchange, and the reason for the request.
  3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide shipping instructions.

Shipping Fees:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping of the original item.
  • Venklo LLC will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers)

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will promptly resolve the issue by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
